Today I started looking at userbars. I’ve always ignored them in the past, but I have seen some pretty cool ones lately and decided to try my hand at creating a few:

Maybe if I get motivated I’ll update Prophecy-I and add a service for a userbar rotator.. maybe.

    It seems to be working the way I want for now, but some feedback from the forum suggests that I might want to consider allowing uploads of PNG as well as the GIF and JPGs that I am already supporting.
